BROWNHILL CREEK RECREATION PARK

Public BBQ

Brownhill Creek Recreation Park offers a peaceful retreat with walking trails along the creek and stunning views across Adelaide and the coast. The relatively flat, easy tracks wind through quiet bushland where koalas can sometimes be spotted napping in the trees. The park attracts dog walkers, runners, and photographers year-round, particularly beautiful during autumn in the hills. Facilities include a playground, free electric BBQs, and picnic tables with ample weekday parking. The park features both level areas near the creek and steep inclines leading to panoramic lookout points. No toilets are available on site, and visitors should take their rubbish with them as bins aren't provided. Dogs must stay on-leash throughout. The park can get busy on weekends, and snakes may be present during summer months. Brownhill Creek flows alongside the trails during the rainy season, adding to the peaceful atmosphere. The adjacent camping area offers large, level sites with friendly staff.
